Provides ongoing support to TUHS recruitment staff in connection with sourcing, identification, interviewing, orientation, selection and transfer for on-boarding of all new hires. Responsible for supporting the Recruitment functions in daily responsibilities. Actively engages in efficient talent management initiatives, meeting and event coordination, and project and process management. Ensures excellent customer service. Partners with various individuals throughout the Health System to ensure that the needs of TUHS clients are met. Will be assigned special projects that will assist TUHS Human Resources to successfully implement initiatives in a proactive and results oriented manner

Education
Bachelors Degree (Required)
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Experience
2 Years experience in Human Resources. (Required)
1 Year experience in HR- Talent Acquisition. (Preferred)
