The duties include but are not limited to:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a business related field from a regionally accredited college or university
Highly proficient using computers, mobile devices, and other technology
Highly proficient using Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined, with ability to work independently with limited supervision
Must be willing to learn job-related tasks and functions primarily through verbal instruction and observation (on-the-job training)
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner
Must be able to complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail and accuracy
Must have a valid driver's license
Must provide your own reliable transportation appropriate to meet position requirements
Must be able to occasionally drive to site locations within Mobile County (mileage reimbursement provided)
Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, move, and transport file boxes weighing up to 25 pounds
Must be in attendance and punctual in accordance with assigned work schedul
SALARY: $55,322.00
**Applicants selected for classified positions must undergo (or have undergone) an ABI/FBI criminal history background check (fingerprinting administered through sites selected and approved by the MCPSS and State of Alabama Education Department) and be declared suitable and fit to teach under state law. Applicants selected must also pass a drug-screening test via forms provided by Human Resources during the selection process.**

- Maintain confidentiality regarding workplace matters and departmental assignments
- Perform routine office tasks (answering telephone, opening mail, making copies, filing, drafting/typing/proofing memos and reports, etc.)
