Human Resources Team Support:
  • Create employee files for new hires and file according to office procedure.
  • Assist with organizing and filing miscellaneous documents.
  • May assist office visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • May assist HR Team with projects and events such orientations, job fairs, learning and engagement workshops.
  • Other related task may be assigned.

Position Summary

The Auxiliary HR Student will be responsible for assisting the Auxiliary Human Resources team with filing, scanning, data entry & other administrative support as assigned.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position
  • Experience using Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Must be dependable & be able to follow directions
