Job Su mmary: Sr. Hardware engineer Superv iso ry Respon sib ilities: Non-supervisor role Duties/Responsibilities: Responsibilities • Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to R&D, manufacturing, and customer. • Lead HW engineers to solve the engineering issue timely • Analyze the failures and collaborate with R&D to find out the root cause • Manage and guide the transition of products into production • Analyze test data and help improve manufacturing process • Review and guide the troubleshooting/repair direction Education and Experience (Relevant or Preferred): Qualifications • BS, MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum 5 years of professional experience • Knowledge of/ Experience in/ Proficiency in server/storage /PC hardware architecture • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and communication skills • Experience working in manufacturing and/or product development role • Ability to use scope to debug • Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable
