Our client's B2B Product Marketing team is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager who excels at building and executing go-to-market strategies with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Strategy, Growth Marketing, and Sales, to launch and promote new and enhanced products for our hotel and supply partners. Your expertise will be critical in developing go-to-market strategies, ensuring readiness for product launches, and establishing strong product positioning and messaging for our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract and synthesize market, customer, and competitive insights to inform the product roadmap, support key business decisions, and develop product positioning for different partner segments.
  • Create and implement go-to-market strategies by collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams, driving product adoption and growth among hotel and supply partners.
  • Develop compelling, value-driven messaging to be utilized by cross-functional teams to support successful marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders to secure buy-in and alignment on key strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure the readiness of the Commercial and Marketing teams by partnering with Sales Enablement, training teams, and knowledge management to develop necessary materials and updates.
  • Design and create pitch decks, demos, and other sales tools with impactful narratives to engage partners.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketer in a large, global organization, ideally within the B2B enterprise technology space.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing insights-driven go-to-market strategies, including customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging.
  • Strong ability to understand market and customer needs, using that knowledge to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with a talent for creating clear, value-driven messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and manage relationships with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
  • Commercially savvy, with experience driving growth through various marketing approaches, including account-based marketing.
  • Curious and adaptable, skilled at making data-driven decisions in uncertain environments, with a passion for pushing boundaries and pursuing excellence.
  • Collaborative, with a strong commitment to fostering unity and accountability across teams, while ensuring transparency and clarity in all processes.
  • Adept at managing complex decisions across multiple teams, time zones, and cultural contexts.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.10 to $42.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
