**Location** **: Austin, TX**

We are seeking an experienced **SEM Manager** to lead and drive our Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts. This individual will partner with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance our search practice through advanced automation and in-depth analyses that uncover campaign optimization opportunities.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with fellow marketing professionals to define and execute Realtor.com's SEM strategy across partner platforms.

**What You'll Do** :

+ Manage a team of three agency FTEs, to design and test proof of concept SEM campaigns, scaling successful initiatives through automation.

+ Partner with Data Science and Engineering on SEM solutions, including bid optimization, budget allocation, campaign automation, incrementality tests, audience targeting, and landing page optimization.

+ Oversee team performance monitoring systems to ensure continuous optimization.

+ Identify and close search term coverage gaps, optimizing queries to enhance efficiency and reach.

+ Audit and improve SEM tracking and attribution accuracy by collaborating with Analytics and Martech teams.

+ Drive experimentation across SEM campaigns and analyze results for ongoing performance improvements.

**What You'll Bring** :

+ Bachelor's degree required.

+ 6+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing, with a focus on growth and performance marketing.

+ 2+ years experience onboarding and training new employees.

+ Proven experience working with SEM budgets over $10 million per year.

+ Strong organizational skills and a critical thinker, with a focus on scalable, efficient solutions.

+ Demonstrated ability to define and execute analyses and tests that generate measurable insights.

+ Proficiency with SQL is strongly preferred.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both peers and senior leadership.
