Back End Engineering Director

Insight Global is seeking two Back End Engineering Directors to join one of their top financial clients in New York City. These Directors will lead two brand new Scrum teams, created to support long term integration and optimization efforts stemming from newly acquired products. These individuals will lead teams anywhere from 10-20 folks, and will be tasked with both people leadership, and technical strategy. These folks should be well versed in leading new developments from start to finish and providing solutions around architecture and design.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years experience in a development leadership role
- Strong technical background developing with Python
- Well versed in back end technologies and best practices (relational databases, various frameworks, API architecture)
