Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

- License eligible for LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana required.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field required.
- 2 + years of experience required.
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders, trauma, and substance misuse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to pursue licensure and continuing education opportunities.
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions for clients across various age groups.
- Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Utilize trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approaches in therapy sessions.
- Address substance misuse issues through counseling and appropriate referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest research and evidence-based practices in mental health therapy.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in supervision, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
