Make a Difference
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing therapeutic services to adults, youth, families, and groups dealing with mental health challenges and substance misuse issues. The ideal candidate should be passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in their practice and possess a trauma-informed approach to therapy. Additionally, candidates should be committed to using evidence-based practices and be eager to continue growing and learning in their field. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

- License eligible for LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana required.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field required.
- 2 + years of experience required.
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders, trauma, and substance misuse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to pursue licensure and continuing education opportunities.
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions for clients across various age groups.
- Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Utilize trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approaches in therapy sessions.
- Address substance misuse issues through counseling and appropriate referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest research and evidence-based practices in mental health therapy.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in supervision, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.
