* Serve as the day-to-day contact for our clients

* Supervise and lead projects for a portfolio of clients

o Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project

o Monitor projects, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly

* Utilize our project management system, Monday.com, to create schedules, and manage projects

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years PM experience in benefits administration

Experience managing a benefits implementation, open enrollment, or health and welfare benefits projects

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
