As a Benefits Specialist, you will be at the center of a crucial function within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of managing and administering a diverse array of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and flexible spending accounts.
• Act as the primary advisor for all employee benefits inquiries, offering insightful guidance and support.
• Work closely with external vendors and consultants to deliver top-notch, cost-effective benefits solutions.
• Conduct thorough audits and stay vigilant about legal and policy compliance.
• Lead the charge in designing new benefits programs or enhancing existing ones, driven by employee feedback and industry trends.
• Oversee the open enrollment process, ensuring clear communication and effective distribution of materials.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and legislative changes, recommending necessary adjustments to keep the benefits programs cutting-edge.
• : Partner with the HR team on broader HR responsibilities, including employee relations and policy development.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on benefits administration.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
