Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding benefits policies and procedures.
- Monitor and respond to the benefit email ticketing system within one business day.
- Conduct benefits overview at new hire orientation and maintain enrollment materials.
- Ensure timely completion of benefit enrollments, separations, and coverage changes.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly benefit premium invoices and billing.
- Process monthly transportation enrollment and other inquiries in Workday system.
- Assist with ad hoc projects, including surveys, data analysis, and presentations.
- Maintain and update leave charts and posters for compliance.
- Collaborate with HR Liaison, Senior HR Business Partners, and program staff on leave matters.
- Prepare leave paperwork and monitor return to work and/or leave extensions.
- Support benefit enhancement projects and assist in planning benefits and wellness events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of benefits experience required.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in large organizations.
- Knowledge of Section 125, FMLA, ADA, ACA, ERISA, and COBRA laws.
- Proficiency in Workday preferred and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
