Technical skills:

10+ years' experience out of which 5+ should be in Payments product sales

Deep Product experience with finance and/or payments systems

Understanding of product management principles and best practices

Domain experience in accounting methodologies (CPA nice-to-have)

Experience and knowledge of cryptocurrency preferred

Past experience with marketplace products

Macro-to-micro versatility: strategic mindset coupled with a keen attention to detail

Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities

Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities

Exceptional communication and presentation skills
