Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to sit onsite in Teaneck, NJ. This role will be onsite Monday through Friday, and the hours are 9am-6pm EST. As an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support, office management duties, as well as some HR responsibilities. On the administrative assistant side, you will be providing comprehensive support to multiple team members, managing their calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. You will be handling incoming calls and emails and acting as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound communication.
On the office management side, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-fay operations of the office, ensuring it is a well-organized, professional environment. You will be managing office supplies, inventory control as well as placing orders as necessary. There may be some events that need to be planned as an office and you will help plan and run those events for a small team (about 10 individuals).
The HR responsibilities are a little lighter, but include assisting with the onboarding of new employees both domestically and internationally, which might include helping to set up workstations and providing resources whenever necessary. You will also coordinate with and assist HR in any employee-related matters and provide support when they need additional assistance.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-8 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
o Comfortable reading, writing and speaking Spanish and English
- Proficient with entire Microsoft Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to pick up technologies quickly
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Experience with web-based project management tools (Airtable, Monday, Asana, Jira, Salesforce, etc.)
- Project Management Capabilities
- Ability to speak or write Portuguese
