A leading company in the Public Safety space is seeking a high-energy, Customer Services Representative to join their team. In this role, youll be helping their customers identify and solve problems via multiple communication channels (phone, email, and chat). This is a customer-focused role that allows you to be the face of the company for LEO's around the country. The support can range from issues accessing online platforms to product questions and light troubleshooting.
Your Day-to-Day:
Build and maintain subject matter expertise of processes, solutions, and products offered
Utilize your own personality to provide customer support and ensure they feel their questions are answered
Resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution and expediting correction or resolution
Be a part of the team providing trends and process improvement suggestions to your stakeholders and leadership

Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of proven customer support experience
Comfortable supporting via phone and chat
Fluent in English and Spanish
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly yet professional customer approach
Familiar with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree
2+ years of multi-channel customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
Past application experience (Salesforce, InContact & MS Dynamics)
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
