Bilingual Front Office - Spanish

State Farm Agency, located in Boca Raton, FL, has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Front Office / Customer Service - Team Member. No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right attitude. Must be fluent in both Spanish and English and have 3 - 5 years of customer service experience in an office and/or agency.

The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage incoming calls.
• Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• $21.00 - $25.00 Base Salary (based on experience and insurance licenses)

Requirements:

• Must obtain & retain State of Florida insurance licenses.
• Background in Life Insurance a plus!
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
