Bilingual Project Controller

Job Description:
The Bilingual Entry Level Project Controller will assist in managing projects finances, including handling progress billing, requesting quotes from vendors, and ensuring effective communication with both Korean speaking and English speaking stakeholders. This role is ideal for a detail orientated individual with strong organizational skills and proficiency in both Korean and English.
Key responsibilities include:
- Progress billing and financial tracking
- Vendor management
- Documentation and reporting
- Communication and coordination: Assist in translating project related documents and communications between Korean and English

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
- 1-2 years experience in financial project management within construction (ie. As a project controller or internship)
- MUST be bilingual in both Korean & English
- Must be able to pass a lifetime background check
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Project Management or related field
