BIOMEDICAL SERVICE ENGINEER

Need someone who is at least a BMET II, for a group of hospitals in the Eastern L.I. area. Overtime can add up to an additional 10% to the base salary. This position is based on the Eastern end of Long Island, and company will assist with relocation for a qualified candidate.. MUST have a good background servicing biomedical equipment. Need to be either a military trained BMET or have a Certificate or AAS in Biomedical Technology with biomedical service experience. Customer relations skills need to be strong as this position has a lot of customer visibility. Need to be either a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident with the ability to communicate clearly in English. Company will do a thorough background check and drug screen. Only people with experience servicing biomedical equipment will be considered. The position requires on-call duties which will require occasional weekend and off-hours work. There are travel requirements for the position which include support of several offsite facilities in the area.
