The Bravo-Participant Services Representative I - Full Time - Temporary Assignment (40 hours per week) allows you the flexibility to work at home as long as you reside within a 50-mile radius of the Brooklyn, OH Medical Mutual office.

Actively seeking candidates that are Bilingual in Spanish.

Under direct supervision, resolves and responds to participant inquiries regarding the Company's wellness products and services. Navigates systems and provides customer service in accordance with established quality expectations and service philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls, e-mails and "Contact Us Forms" to help participants with program registration, health risk assessments, setting screening appointments and various questions. Navigates multiple company systems for accessing participant information. Documents all call information per standard operating procedures.

• Participates in on-the-job training in order to learn and understand the various wellness programs, policies, and procedures to enable the professional answering of participant questions.

• Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree in health administration, business, or related field or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.

• Minimum 1 year of client support/service experience.

• Bi-lingual, especially Spanish speaking, is a plus.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of standard customer service practices and principles.

• Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment (multi-function copier/printer/scanner, conference phone, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of wellness programs.

• Basic computer navigation and Microsoft Office skills.

• Ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues.
