Under direction of the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) prepares and administers the annual budget for the California Victim Compensation Board and prepares and implements the Governor's Budget; prepare the federal budget, monitors and reports federal expenditures, and prepares the federal expenditures and budget projections; and monitors, processes and reconciles the Joint Powers contract invoices and revolving fund.

This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year. Failure to comply with the Conflict of Interest Code requirements may void the appointment.

The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is a narrative discussion regarding how the applicant's education, training, experience, and skills meet the criteria outlined below.
