Requirements for Building Operations Director:
  • High school diploma
  • Experience as Building Operations, Maintenance or Environmental Services Manager

Job Duties for Building Operations Director:
  • Supervise and oversee all Building Operations staff and projects
  • Minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the facility & all laundry material
  • Respond to building's/resident's maintenance and/or environmental service needs
  • Responsible for the hiring & training of all new staff into Maintenance or Housekeeping/Laundry Departments
