Bus Driver - Substitute

Applicant must provide: • Current -DMV H-6 Printout. • Current - DMV 51A - Medical Examination Certificate, along with a copy of the completed medical examination. • Current - DL 45 - California Special Driver Certificate, issued by the CHP. • Current Class A or B California Drivers License with Passenger Endorsement. Also, must: • Pass a criminal background check in accordance with the Charter Schools Act. • Pass TB test. • Pass pre-employment drug screening test.

• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Provide at least one letter of recommendation)
