Position: Business Analyst

Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration : 12+ Months

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree. Contractor must submit a copy of a degree for compliance with this requirement. (Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.)

Desirable Qualifications:

• The proposed Business Solutions Analyst has at least two (2) years of experience with State and local technology implementations building test scenarios and test cases.

• The proposed Business Solutions Analyst has at least two (2) years of experience testing automation tools.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Contractor must submit a copy of a degree for compliance with this requirement. (Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.)
