Business Analyst - INTL Nearshore

A healthcare company at the forefront of data analytics and AI innovation is looking for a Business Analyst/Data Analyst to support data-driven initiatives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. In this role, you will work closely with product and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of data solutions. You will help develop and maintain data models, data glossaries, data flows, and diagrams to support data analytics and AI projects. The role will require analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations. You will create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes and systems. You will support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs. You must be able to conduct data quality assessments and implement data quality improvement initiatives. As well as stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and AI.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of business analysis and data analysis experience
ADO or JIRA
Well versed in Data terminology, data analytics, data modeling, and AI concepts
Understanding of data platforms (MS SQL)
Strong SQL background

Healthcare Experience
EHR system- health record platform
