The Opportunity

Delaware North is hiring an Analyst to join the Travel and Parks & Resorts team, supporting lodging, tours, restaurant and retail operations across airports, national and state parks, and recreational properties nationwide. Using data and analysis the Business Analyst will provide actionable insights to drive strategic growth and operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Analytics, the role will collaborate closely with field operations and other key stakeholders within the organization including Marketing, Finance, Revenue Management,

Procurement, and Brands & Concepts.

This role is remote eligible. If you reside within 50 miles of Buffalo, NY, the role will be hybrid.

Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $66800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities
  • Utilize analytical resources and methods to continuously analyze business performance with specific attention to sales, labor, and product margin results
  • Q uantify the financial impact of key subsidiary initiatives, promotions, new products, operational improvements, and the introduction of new technology
  • Create data visualizations, dashboards , and reports using Tableau and other BI tools to communicate business performance, key performance indicators , and trends
  • Analyze category performance to define price, product, and distribution recommendations to increase take rate and maximize profitability
  • Produce and distribute regular and ad hoc reports for various stakeholders across the organization
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business, math, statistics, or related field  required
  • 3 +years of experience in analytical roles, experience in hospitality or retail preferred
  • Proficiency in analytics and predictive tools such as a dvanced Excel, R, or similar
  • Experience with database and BI toolsets such as SQL, Tableau, and Databricks
  • Strong knowledge o f financial analysis and reporting
  • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
