Insight Global is looking for a BA of Talent Aquisition to join one of the world's largest athleisure wear companies on a 100% remote basis. This person will be responsible for contributing to the continuous delivery of their internal applicant tracking system, Avature. They will be responsible for process mapping, engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements when a request comes from the business and capturing current state/ future state. This person will have previous exposure to hiring processes and hiring cycles. The selected candidate will have excellent communication be able to take the initiative on multiple tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on talent acquisition and process improvement

Proven track record of success in analyzing and optimizing recruitment processes, workflows, and systems.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Experience with process mapping techniques and tools such as Visio or Lucidchart or relevant tool.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
