Description
Onboarding/commercial banking BA
Work closely with Business/strong commercial banking process knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current business processes through interviews, workshops, and data collection.
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in existing workflows.
Document and map business processes using appropriate methodologies (e.g., flowcharts, BPMN).
Collaborate with stakeholders (including business users, IT, and management) to understand their needs and gather requirements.
Develop and recommend solutions for process improvement, considering automation opportunities.
Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, user guides, and training materials.
Facilitate process workshops and training sessions for smooth implementation of changes.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented process changes through key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies for process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management software).
Education: Bachelors Degree
