BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager 4 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA- Remote!

Pay Range:[$50] - [$55]

Requirement:

1. Minimum 5+ years experience with Proficiency in basic Microsoft products like Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

2. Minimum 5+ years experience with managing documentation storage, communications, employee experience, and running all-hand meetings, indicating a need for organizational and communication skills.

3. Minimum 5+ years experience with managing the rhythm of the business for the team, which suggests skills in project management and business operation.

Summary:

  • The main function of this role is to facilitate seamless integration and efficient operation within the team. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to establish a well-coordinated team and business rhythm, leading weekly LT meetings, driving strategic planning processes, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. The role also entails managing team participation in key business events, fostering a positive work environment through HR partnership, developing strategy and content for meetings, overseeing communications, driving process improvements, supporting day-to-day operations, managing budgets and headcount with finance, and maintaining intranet portals.
  • Additionally, the role requires leading and contributing to cross-team projects and strategic initiatives to adapt to the evolving business landscape.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Leadership Team (LT) and other stakeholders in establishing a smoothly running team and ROB (Rhythm of the business).
  • Run point leading the weekly LT meetings, including sourcing key agenda topics & tracking follow-ups
  • Partner with the LT to drive the planning process ensuring coordination with corporate planning processes as well as planning integration across the broader org.
  • Work with cross-company/org counterparts to manage team participation as needed for key business events, next fiscal year planning, running monthly/quarterly business reviews, business planning meetings and other strategic business planning activities.
  • Help make the team a great place to work: In partnership with HR and the LT, shape and drive the people agenda and lead team health initiatives - including planning events/offsites, morale events, customer/partner facing events as appropriate
  • Build strategy and content for key meetings and events, ensuring content is relevant and aligned to leadership vision.
  • Manage communications and interactions ensuring success and efficiency of meetings and speaking engagements with all key stakeholders.
  • Define, plan, and drive cross-team process improvements
  • Support day-to-day operations and business planning.
  • Partner with finance and procurement to ensure effective budget and headcount management
  • Own and drive site intranet portals, process, access & procedures manuals.
  • Communicate information across a variety of functional areas and teams, quickly becoming a critical subject matter expert or partner who achieves impact through others
  • Lead, Plan, Track and Contribute to cross-team projects and strategic initiatives as needed to meet the changing business environment.
    Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Passion for gaming is a plus
    Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or relevant field required.
  • 5-7 years experience required.
