As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for prospecting, development and maintaining the customer portfolio. This is a key role in which you build customer loyalty, SMEs and PMI and assist them in their lubricant purchases. The successful candidate advises and aims to maintain customer satisfaction. They will maintain close relationships with sales and logistics teams, provides reports linked to indicators of performance produced by the company's financial department. The Business Development Manager actively participates in the company's health, safety, security and environmental policy and contributes to inventory management in third-party warehouses. They will have to demonstrate creativity, because they will be required to work in different sectors such as - Agriculture, automobile, mechanics, transport, construction, etc. Additionally, they will be overseeing a team of 2, that is expected to grow over time, so it is important that they have the personality and managerial capabilities to run a team effectively.

- Fluent in English and French
- Comfortable doing in person sales and using personal vehicle
