Job Description:In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
In this role, you will:
• Assess, investigate, and provide transparency to the enterprise portfolio, reviewing and assessing overall health, impacts, risks, and escalating as needed.
• Escalate programs/products that are non-compliant, represent elevated risk, contain cross-business impacts, or do not meet ECM standards through ECM governance routines.
• Review and disposition escalations (pertaining to risks and impediments) from Programs and Products.
• Develop expert knowledge on key portfolios of change, understand strategy, risk, and change drivers for the work, and be able to communicate key details clearly and concisely to executive leaders and risk management experts.
• Manage change portfolio performance for the companys largest, most complex, and highest risk change initiatives.
• Analyze portfolio performance to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, and control executives to influence approaches to improve change delivery, risk management
Desired Qualifications:
• 7+ years of direct experience managing and reporting on extremely large, complex, and/or company-wide change portfolios, particularly those representing $100M or more in investment expense.
• Expert written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in change management, both in Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
• Expert experience in conducting complex analysis and communicating results and recommendations to executive audiences.
• Experience and strong understanding in change management methodologies (Both Technology and People side of change)
