Job Description:

The Business Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business office, including managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in financial management and accounting.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and billing
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis for management and stakeholders
  • Manage and train staff in the business office
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management and accounting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with financial software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
