- Office and Lead management - Manage our office team and lead process to drive higher close rates across our different lead sources for both residential and commercial. Support artificial intelligence initiatives for call answering / routing.
- Commercial Business - Management of a dedicated person to the commercial business. Work with this business to get our office streamlined in dealing with National Service Providers and local merchants.
- Social Media - make creative posts to Facebook and Instagram - as well as others.
- Office Operations - Supervise office personnel and responsibility of overall office operations including accounts receivable.

- Live within the area
- Have 10+ years in office area
- Have 5+ years supervisory/management experience
