CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Services Supervisor position is $65,000 annually [or $31.25 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Business Services Supervisor position is $80,000 annually [or $38.47 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.

About the role
The purpose of this position is to supervise employees within shipping & receiving to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
What you'll do
- Manages mailroom and oversees shipping & receiving logistics.
- Assists in developing and maintaining work procedures and prepares work schedules.
- Trains and instructs employees in job duties and company policies or arranges for training to be provided.
- Resolves clients complaints and answers questions regarding policies and procedures.
- Interprets and communicates direction & goals - shares vision of departmental goals with management; sets achievable goals that are linked to the objectives of the client, department and/or organization.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What you'll need
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of related experience. 2 years of Supervisory experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
