Job Objective

The Business Specialist will support the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) with its core mission including the advancement of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Data Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple USCIS Offices to identify and advocate for changes to business processes to resolve issues that affect enterprise data.
• Develop and maintain detailed inventory of reference materials, presentations, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation that support OCDO Operations.
• Meeting facilitation for internal and external engagements to include, for example, teambuilding activities, notetaking, hosting, engagement planning and execution, etc.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS), lead documentation and maintenance of project priorities and efforts, support meeting facilitation, and monitor action items in identified project management tools.
