Title: Business Systems Analyst
Type: 6-18 month contract
Status: W2 Only
Location: Raleigh, NC - onsite 2 days a week

Responsibilities:
Business Solution Development - Solicit, document, and refine business requirements, to solve business problems and identify improvement opportunities. Ensuring clear understanding is achieved, while operating with both a strategic and analytical mindset. Analyze and translate requirements into technical solutions. Identify system and organizational impacts, including gaining a strong understanding of Credit Union backend systems. Engage closely with business stakeholders, Software Engineers and vendors to ensure soundness and viability of technology solutions.

Project Execution - Work with team members, Technology and QA in a high-paced, matrixed environment throughout the agile project lifecycle to ensure the delivered solution meets the business requirements. Work with the team to quickly mitigate risks and resolve blockers. Partner with Support, Technology and
QA resources to develop robust testing and approval criteria.

Collaboration - Partner with resources across the team on a day-to-day basis. Develop trusted relationships across the organization including Technology and Business stakeholders with an emphasis on fostering teamwork and compromise, while driving to a common goal. Mentor and provide support to junior members of the team.

Communication - Provides regular initiative updates to stakeholders. Effectively interacts at all levels of the organization with the ability to communicate on both a business and technical level.

Requirements:
  • Experience with electronic signature cloud solutions implementations.
  • Experience working in large, enterprise level programs/projects.
  • Proven ability to define and solve complex business problems, leveraging best in class technical solutions.
  • Strong experience working between multiple projects simultaneously, with varied degrees of complexity and duration.
  • Experience in Product Development Lifecycle, ideally within an Agile framework. Works collaboratively with others to accomplish objectives.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with external third parties.
  • Excellent communication, written and oral.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years IT Services and Financial Institution experience
OR
  • High School Diploma or GED and 6+ years IT Services and Financial Institution experience

Job Environment:
  • Office setting with physical proximity to other employees and some background noise from other employees, copy machine, fax machine, scanner and telephone.

Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to comprehend and carry out verbal and written instructions.
  • Job requires a substantial amount of sitting.
  • Use hands and fingers to press keys on a computer keyboard to enter or retrieve information.
  • Use hands and fingers to press telephone keypad and lift telephone receiver.
  • Must be able to comprehend phone calls.
  • Must be able to lift 5 pounds
