A leader in the healthcare payor space is looking to hire a Business Systems Analyst to join their innovative Application Development Services team in Philadelphia, PA. Currently, the team is integrating a new Oracle based billing system to integrate and enhance their member set up and billing processes. As a the Business Systems Analyst you will be responsible for documenting current state functionality, including complex logic for healthcare billing, eliciting requirements from various stakeholders and working with the external vendor to ensure the business customizations are properly configured. This is a high visibility role with room for growth as the team looks to support the enterprise with new business expansion efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting operational business areas such as Accounting, Enrollment and/or Billing management in a healthcare environment
- 6+ years of experience performing system, document, and rules analysis on complex healthcare business rules for new system functionality
- Expertise managing effective requirement gathering sessions with key stakeholders to covey complex technical ideas, concepts and applications.
- Must be detail oriented and understand corporate objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders new to Agile
- Must be willing to come onsite 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs)
