Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract to hire

Candidate Technical and skills profile:

Key responsibilities:

Process mapping BSA - creating and maintaining process maps

- In 2024, there will be five Critical Business Services (Group 2) that will be in scope. Process flows from Group 1 (six Clients) will require updating.

- Participate in Critical Business Service workshops and gather the necessary information in order to create an end-to-end diagram of the service.

- Divide the tasks into roles (swim lanes) to show the handoffs.

- Label the dependencies and associated workaround, identifying SPOFs.

- Ite*** on the draft diagram to refine the information to agreement with business and technology Subject Matter Experts.

- Share the final version of the diagram for review and approval by Client Owner, Resilience Manager, BT&I Manager.

- Other duties as assigned: documentation, coordination, administrative support, and analytics.

BSA:

- Review the high-level requirements for supporting Critical Services in the Business Resilience Lifecycle.

- Decompose each high-level requirement into functional and non-functional requirements that may be utilized by the Business Continuity Hub (BCH) system analyst and designer to configure the Fusion Operational Resilience module to be the repository of resilience information.

- Utilize Client standard templates for capturing the requirements.

- Support traceability of the detailed requirements such that test scripts may be created to demonst*** successful fulfillment of the requirements.

- And other duties as assigned: documentation, coordination, administrative support, and analytics.

Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version):

Process mapping BSA - creating and maintaining process maps

- Demonst***d track record for eliciting and documenting process flows for complex services.

- Demonstrated excellent capabilities with MS Office tools including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Excel to support the requirements documentation.

BSA:

- Demonstrated track record for eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for a complex information system.

- Demonstrated excellent capabilities with MS Office tools including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Excel to support the requirements documentation.

No degree required, looking for years of experience

CBAP or equivalent professional certification is desirable as a method to demonst*** experience and capabilities.

Years of experience: Level 3 5-7 years

Interview Process:

2 step - 1 screening with two managers and then 2nd with HM
