Piper Companies is seeking a Banking Business System Analyst to join one of the nation's premier credit unions based in Mclean, VA . The Banking Business System Analyst will serve as the escalation point for issues that arise from members post-UAT and post-production. This position will be hybrid 3 days per week in Mclean, VA!

Responsibilities of the Banking Business System Analyst include:
  • Approve changes and enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and handle escalations
  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents impacting digital banking services
  • System Monitoring: Continuously monitor digital banking platforms
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to digital banking, mobile applications, consumer banking, and member services
  • Monitor social feedback channels to maintain an ideal member experience and clean social media presence

Qualifications for the Banking Business System Analyst include:
  • Experience in digital banking, mobile applications, consumer banking, or member services
  • Technical understanding of QA Automation and UAT is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills to articulate and resolve issues effectively
  • Prior experience in workflow management and production support
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues post-UAT and post-production
  • Dedication to ensuring an ideal member experience

Compensation for the Banking Business System Analyst include:
  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
