Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Bartenders to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings.

$10.00 - $10.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Receives drink orders from patrons or servers, mixes and serves alcohol and non-alcohol drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer.
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Able to craft an extensive range of classic and specialty cocktails, tailored to guest preferences and the cocktail menu.
• In-depth knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and beers to provide informed recommendations.
• Manages inventory and ordering of high-end ingredients, keeping stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Cleans and stores bar equipment and stock by our company and state health code requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of two years' front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Experience in credit card processing.
• Previous experience using a computerized POS system.
• TNABC License required.
• ServSafe License is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift.
• Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times.
