Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Clubs Supervisor to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennesee. As a Clubs Supervisor you will lead a team of attendants, ensuring our luxury suites are clean, stocked, and ready for game day. Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates premium club's staff, including training and providing constructive and corrective feedback as needed
• Creates a positive and memorable guest experience by delivering professional and courteous service and maintaining a clean, organized, stocked, and safe area
• Receives and facilitates any premium guests' requests and orders
• Analyzes and resolves problems with team members, guests, and the operation with the assistance of the Lead Clubs Supervisor and Premium Clubs Manager.
• Learn and be comfortable with all food and beverage menu items to effectively answer guests' questions, and creating elevated cocktails that match with the event.
• Responsible for performing end of month inventory for all premium clubs
• Other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years of supervisory experience in front-of-house restaurant or food service position, in a high volume environment is preferred
• Previous experience with a point-of-sale (POS) system required
• Excellent guest service skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high-pressure environment
• Good communication and training skills; ability to teach others as well as delegate tasks
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean up of club areas
• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as needed
