Call Center Customer Service Representative

Advantage Resourcing is hiring an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative in Bossier City, LA. You will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding cabinet solutions, order statuses, and product details. Pay: $15 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday

Essential Functions:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product information
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving order-related issues
• Coordinate with the production/installation teams to provide accurate timelines and status updates
• Handle customer complaints or concerns by providing solutions and escalating issues to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and communications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• excellent communication (both written and verbal), multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and experience with CRM systems
