Customer Service Representative

Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a dynamic role in New Iberia, LA. If you are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer care and looking for a role with growth potential, this opportunity is for you!

Pay: $10 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Manage and respond to incoming calls and emails with professionalism.
• Provide excellent customer care by assessing needs and offering accurate solutions, troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Learn and adhere to customer service procedures and policies.
• Understand and communicate product information effectively.
• Strive for successful customer resolutions and returns.
• Record, organize, and file customer interactions and updates to profiles/accounts.
• Address returns and provide shipping tracking information.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
• Strong phone communication skills and experience with phone systems.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to update customer profiles/accounts.
• Good typing skills (40+ wpm).
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Capability to listen actively, relay information, and type simultaneously.
• Focused on delivering a positive customer experience and resolution.
