RemX is seeking Customer Service Reps for On-Site opportunities.

Schedule: 8am-430pm while in training. After training, schedule can be anywhere from 8am-430pm to 1130am-7pm.

Pay Rate: $17/hr

Location: Louisville, KY 40219

Work Model: Training Onsite, then remote as long is proficient and can work from home. (But must still be able to go into the office when needed, or in the event of a power or internet outage, etc.)

Start Date : 9/16/24

Summary:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.

• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.

• Provide accurate information to the caller.

• Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.

• Resolve the callers' needs.

• Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.

• Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.

• Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

Requirements:

**They must be able to go to the KY Board of Pharmacy and register for the Pharmacy Tech Certification***

• Previous call center experience preferred (at least 1 year CC exp)

• Previous healthcare experience desired

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
