LaSalle Network has partnered with a payment solutions company and is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join their team! This is a full time, onsite position in Peachtree Corners, GA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team with potential for growth and a hybrid work model based on performance.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service related to merchant services
• Communicate effectively with cashiers and store managers, offering support and resolving issues
• Handle escalation and de-escalation of customer concerns proficiently
• Utilize intermediate Excel skills for various tasks and reporting

Call Center Representative Requirements:

• 1+ years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably related to merchant services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support and assist cashiers and store managers
• Ability to handle escalations and de-escalations effectively
