Insight Global is seeking a Capital Sourcing Specialist to join the Supply Chain organization of a leading healthcare client in New York. This individual will be a part of a small team that is responsible for sourcing capital equipment for the entire hospital system. On a monthly basis, they will manage 2-3 major projects, along with a queue of 15+ independent requests. Responsibilities will include defining sourcing strategies and cost-savings targets, regularly interfacing with third-party suppliers, assisting in the RFP process, and driving contract and pricing negotiations. They will also work cross-functionally with Finance, MCIT, and RED+F to clear all checks and balances ahead of pushing a request through to the capital committee for final approval. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of sourcing experience in an enterprise environment
- Experience negotiating pricing associated with enterprise contracts
- Technical proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Experience working cross-functionally with different internal stakeholders

- Experience with PeopleSoft
