Position Summary

Client needs a temporary resource to assist in the implementation of the following functionality in the SAP Ariba platform to support sourcing and contracting processes:
• Ariba Sourcing Request Module (Must)
• Enhancements to the Contract Requests Module (Must)
• Ariba Savings Forms for Sourcing Projects (Must)

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Project & Deployment Management
• Develop role-specific training guides (and supporting content including screen prints, etc.) to client process owners to enable end-user training.
• Responsible for scheduling and recording all Zoom training sessions.
• Organizing the Training material and recorded Zoom training sessions on a SharePoint site
• Assistance with reviewing and providing updates to existing Training Guides as well as updating revised Guides on the SharePoint site.
• Assistance with potential better organization the Training Guides/Zoom recordings on the SharePoint Site.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong project management and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to see a job through to its completion.
• Prior experience with developing Ariba Project Module training documentation and knowledge (a plus)
• Prior experience with developing and delivering training documentation and User Guides including system screen prints, detailed instructions, etc. (Required)
• Experience in organizing training documentation and User Guides on a SharePoint Site (Desirable)
• Prior experience with performing Ariba Project Module User training sessions (a Plus)
