Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
Manage both the Public and Private Commercial Card Programs. Primarily is responsible for the management of customer service and day-to-day operations for our consumer and commercial card clients. Assists Bankcard Manager with the day-to-day operations of the department. Administrator of Visa's Reporting Software. Works with all levels of staff within the Company educating employees within the organization on commercial card products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the Public and Private Commercial Card Programs. Manages the customer service and day-to-day operations of these programs.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bankcard Customer Service area to ensure quality service and handle escalated calls for both consumer and commercial customers.
• Responsible for the preparation of RFP responses for government and private sector customers to include what our products offer and the compatibility of our system to customer's systems.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Visa Commercial Services Products.
• Manage and is responsible for implementation and Administrator of Visa Commercial Services Products such as IntelliLink, Card Management, Visa Payables, Compliance Auditor, and VPLA for both Public and Private Commercial Card Programs.
• Coordinate and performs Webinars for Visa Reporting Software products for the Public and Private Commercial Card Programs.
• Responsible for pulling daily, weekly and monthly reports using First Data's DataChoice software.
• Administrator of First Data Resource's Product Control File (PCF) in which modifications and updates are made to our entire credit card portfolio.
• Responsible for lending decisions and the review of credit card applications including new accounts and limit increases or any application requiring credit review.
• Responsible for MIS reporting on any application in which a credit review was performed.
• Responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day operational management and scheduling of department staff and evaluate staff performance in collaboration with the Bank Card Manager.
• Accountable for the training of new and existing staff on systems and processes.
• Collaborate on the implementation of any new services and products.
• Customer service for all commercial card customers to explain balances, statements, etc.
• Manage the process of setup and production of customized design on client credit cards
• Special projects as assigned.
• Reissue of consumer and commercial accounts when credit review is necessary.

Qualifications

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree highly desired.
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional Banking work experience required
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervising and overseeing direct staff is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required
• Basic accounting skills is required
• Ability to perform simple to complex mathematical calculations is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Excellent telephone skills
