Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled Case Management Implementation Consultant to lead the implementation of our newly acquired Ninja One ticketing system. This role is critical in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of the Ninja One Case Management tool across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Build-Out: Design and build out the Ninja One ticketing system tailored to specific needs.
  • Implementation: Lead the implementation of the Ninja One Case Management tool, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Support & Adoption: Assist various business units with the adoption of new case management procedures, providing ongoing support and training as needed.
  • Customization & Optimization: Make necessary adjustments to the software based on feedback and evolving business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with different business units to understand their needs and ensure the Ninja One system meets their requirements.
  • Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation for system setup, user guides, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Expertise in Case Management: Extensive experience with a case management platform.
  • High-Level Implementation Experience: Proven track record in building out and implementing IT systems
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee the entire implementation process, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Business Analysis: Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during implementation.
