Ansell is looking for a North America Category Manager - Safety Eyewear to join our team in Roswell, GA!

In this position you will play a vital role in supporting the North American industrial eyewear product portfolio through execution of channel initiatives to maximize profitability of the PPE business.

What your role will be?
  • Handle daily product management efforts for the eyewear safety category
  • Manage product changes and transitions to better meet customer requirements, drive business growth and strengthen product offerings
  • Collaborate with US & Canadian marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to develop ongoing product forecasts and anticipate volumes for new launches, develop and execute product commercialization plans, innovation, and renovation projects
  • Coordinate with demand and supply chain to optimize near term capacity planning
  • Partner with eCommerce team to scope out requirements around digital sales tools, websites, SEO/SEM, etc.
  • Support marketing and sales activities including proposal support, promotional requests, datasheet requirements, price increase support and out of stock communications
  • Maintain Digital Asset Management System with local marketing contacts to ensure accuracy
  • Monitoring of marketing programs ROI and plan accordingly
  • Engage with customers and channel partners to capture insights of marketing initiative


What will you bring to Ansell?
  • Bachelor's degree in business related discipline or commensurate experience
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, finance, brand management, or sales
  • Eyewear, PPE experience a huge plus!
  • Strong understanding of financial levers through P&L management
  • Product & portfolio management including those through gate processes
  • Travel up to 30% domestically
