Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Certified Payroll Specialist for a client in San Diego with a strong background in construction payroll. The ideal candidate will have experience running certified payroll, processing reports, and ensuring high levels of accuracy in submissions. This role involves working closely with a payroll manager, coordinator, and another certified payroll specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and submit certified payroll reports accurately and timely into DIR and Procore.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Operate QuickBooks Desktop for payroll processing.
• Collaborate daily with the payroll team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain meticulous records and support reporting with high accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in running certified payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and report submission.
• Background in construction (no specific trade required).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, with experience in running payroll.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
